Our commitment
SOLTYX ENGINEERING STUDIO LTD ("SOLTYX", "we", "us" or "our") develops and operates Repnect. Repnect is a SOLTYX product, not a separate legal entity. We aim to make the Repnect website, mobile application, legal information, support and subscription journeys usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our target for relevant web content and app experiences is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. A target is not a claim that every screen currently conforms.
Measures we take
We seek to provide:
- semantic headings, landmarks and reading order;
- text alternatives for meaningful images;
- keyboard-accessible website navigation;
- visible keyboard focus;
- sufficient colour contrast;
- text resizing and responsive layouts;
- labels and instructions for controls and forms;
- support for screen readers and platform accessibility settings;
- reduced-motion support where motion is non-essential;
- captions or alternatives for meaningful media where applicable; and
- accessible legal, privacy, safety and account-management information.
Current status and known limitations
SOLTYX has not yet made a formal conformance claim. A release-blocking accessibility test must cover account creation, discovery, messaging, safety reporting, purchases, account deletion and legal pages; verified limitations and remediation dates must be added before publication.
Accessibility across the mobile application must be reviewed screen by screen. Third-party Apple, Google or payment interfaces may have accessibility characteristics outside SOLTYX's direct control, but we will provide accessible instructions and raise issues where appropriate.
Request an adjustment or alternative format
If a barrier prevents you from using Repnect, contact support@repnect.com or https://repnect.com/accessibility. Tell us:
- the page, document or app screen;
- what you were trying to do;
- your device, operating system and app or browser version;
- any assistive technology used; and
- the adjustment or format that would help.
Do not include unnecessary health information. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two working days and provide a substantive response within ten working days, where reasonably possible.
Feedback and escalation
We welcome feedback and use it to prioritise improvements. If you are dissatisfied with our response, reply to the case or contact legal@repnect.com so the matter can be reviewed.
Preparation and review
This Statement was prepared on 5 September 2026 and last reviewed on 5 December 2026, or earlier following a material product or legal change. It was informed by Pre-release testing will combine automated checks with VoiceOver and TalkBack review, text scaling, contrast, focus order, labels, error recovery and keyboard testing where supported..
