Cookie and Tracking Notice

What this Notice covers

This Notice explains cookies and similar technologies used by SOLTYX ENGINEERING STUDIO LTD ("SOLTYX", "we", "us" or "our") on the Repnect website. Repnect is a SOLTYX product, not a separate legal entity. The Privacy Notice separately explains personal information processed by the mobile app and related services.

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kits, pixels and identifiers that store or access information on a device.

Strictly necessary technologies

We and our hosting or security providers may use strictly necessary technologies to:

• deliver pages and requested features;
• maintain security and prevent abuse;
• balance traffic and remember essential session state;
• record privacy choices; and
• keep a private or authenticated area signed in.

These technologies cannot always be disabled through our controls because the requested service may not function without them.

Analytics, personalisation and advertising

At the date of this draft, the public Repnect marketing site states that it does not use third-party advertising cookies or advertising trackers. Before publication, SOLTYX must verify the deployed website and list every analytics, personalisation or advertising provider actually used.

We will not activate a non-essential technology requiring consent in the UK, EU/EEA or another applicable territory until you have made the relevant choice. Refusing optional technologies will not prevent access to essential legal and support pages.

Cookie list

Before the website returns, SOLTYX must complete a scanner and tag-manager audit and publish a table of every cookie or similar identifier. No optional analytics or advertising technology may run before the required consent is obtained. Strictly necessary hosting, load-balancing, security and consent-record technologies must still be documented.

Public request forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile as a strictly necessary anti-abuse control. Turnstile evaluates browser, device, network and interaction signals and may set or read limited security information needed to verify that a request is not automated. It is not used by SOLTYX for advertising, and the form cannot be submitted while the security check is unavailable or incomplete. Your choices

Where optional technologies are used, select Cookie settings to accept, reject or change categories. You can also block or delete browser storage, although doing so may affect essential session or security features.

Consent can be withdrawn as easily as it was given. Withdrawal affects future access or storage and does not automatically delete information already processed; contact privacy@repnect.com for applicable rights.

App permissions and SDKs

Device permissions such as health, location, camera, photos and notifications are not ordinary website cookies. Repnect requests them in context through the app and device controls. Optional app analytics or advertising identifiers must be disclosed through the relevant consent and store privacy declarations.

Changes and contact

We update this Notice when technologies or purposes change. Material consent-relevant technologies will not be introduced merely by silently changing this page.
